Mind you, it wasn't an official figure from the manga, but rather an 
estimate I saw, based on the following:

1. Skuld was 12 when she first showed up
2. Keiichi was a freshman then
3. Keiichi is now in his fifth year (or was at the time of the estimate, 
anyway)
