Something about the whole thing (granted, I'm only able to check out the
scans, thank you for that) doesn't make sense.

1. Keiichi's fathers uber-cool Kung Fu.
2. Keiichi's mother Takano - she looks like she's 20! And a hottie at
that! (Explains Megumi's good looks. I've always liked her best.)
3. She seems to instinctivly know that something odd is happening (well,
then again, if I had a son living with four good looking women, ignore the
fact that Skuld is *total* jailbait (BTW: she looks 12 - how old is she
*really*?) I'd think something was odd too), and she's got some story about
how she met K1's father that's suppose to be super interesting.

What does it all add up to? Something's not quite right, though Keiichi and
Megumi are acting like this is normal (but having grown up with it, wouldn't
they?)

Take in the piece from the anime about Keiichi being a "friend of nature"
and all that - I've always wondered if there wasn't something a little more
than human about our young man - perhaps this story will put some of that
into place.

Just my $0.02.
