Sorry to trudge this up, but people were saying that Skuld only gets wet when 
the teleportation fails.  In the Terrible Master Urd sequence, however, she 
comes out of Keiichi's tea, yells at them for keeping things a secret, and 
then exclaims, "Ow! Hot hot hot!" as if she did in fact get wet.
