Hard to say... how would Skuld lay out an OS? I can see ice cream and
little machines but dunno how they'd be arranged... it'd definitely be an
intuitive interface, but what's intuitive for a mouthy 12 year old goddess?

Hmmm... Linux being Open source they t the very least couldn't sue such an
effort for much money... also since all of the widgets would be custom
designed and at best we'd be using a few images and an old norse name, I
can't image there being too much actual infringement and how much cooler
free advertising can you get than a free distribution of Linux designed
after one of you characters? ^_-

Oh and everyone: emailed Animeigo bout DVDs, I was jokingly nasty (ie big
yelling caps cute little "im just kiding" emoticons", got a nasty gram back
guess Woodhead is a block head when it comes to emoticons... Anyway
couldn't hurt for everyone to email em... Honestly I think Animeigo can go
pound sand but I wouldn't mind AMG 1-5 on one DVD,...

In person the cube is interesting... especially things like the power button
which isn't a button its sort of optical sensorish... its slick looking I
just thing they could have made it more interesting that a white cube in a
Plexiglas rectangular solid... of course they say the design was meant to be
simple... and it is... very simple...

At the moment Cobalt is suing Apple so I think you might want to watch out
for them... (how they intend to avoid the fact that Apple now holds the
rights to the NeXTCube I don't know... Personally I wouldn't piss Jobs off..
he's likely to counter sue and get their right to ship Qubes revoked for
infringing on the NeXTCube... after all this is the guy that when ATI made
a silly little slip up that Apple was introducing more power macs, striped
all ATI info from his keynote and trid to strike up an agreement on the fly
with a rival company (they wouldn't commit to anything in such short
notice...)
back t the point though, aside from UI stuff what else would a Skuld
Distribution have in it...?

Interestingly MacOS X Darwin being Open Sourced I suspect an x86 and PowerPC
Skuld Distribution could be feasible... but aside from UI what would set
them apart?

Descartes walked into a bar. The waitress came up to him and said "Would you
like something to drink?"

Descartes said "I think not." and disappeared.
