For DVD, you can try these stores:
* Akihabara
  Ishimaru SoftOne, Ishimaru 2, Ishimaru 3, Yamagiwa Soft, Yamagiwa
  Anime-kan, Yamagiwa Image-kan, Animate, Liberty (1-6), etc.
* Shinjuku 
  Yodobashi, etc.
* any othere DVD shop

For the movie, you can go to any Shochiku cinema that is going to 
show the movie to buy advanced ticket (maeuri-ken).  I think Animate
or Manga no Mori also sell them.
