When you consider function, it would have probably been more appropriate to
name it Kami-sama (you know, big title but no real authority) or possibly
Urd. However, Bell-chan does rule when it comes to family matters, so I can
see her as the PDC, at least when the domain is family.

Nah, she'd just look at him like he was the poor misguided idiot he appears
to be, and say "So? What's wrong with that?" Unless he started in on
Bell-chan, then he's toast!
