This must be the "Manbou Housoukyoku" CD.
She is going to release a CD that is like a radio show.
They said it was sometime in November, so this could be it.

Her third album (with songs) is "Fushigi na Omajinai - Tadaima 2"
and it will go on sale 10/20.  PCCG-00346.
Also her third video/LD "true fish" will also go on sale 10/20.
