Once again, I saw this at animenation.com:

The recent Arcade Operator's Union (AOU) show has 
offered a looked at the upcoming Ah! My Goddess 
arcade game for the Dreamcast based Naomi board. 
The game features 3d goddesses who ask the player 
trivia questions as they progress around a house.
Questions are based on the various incarnations of 
Ah! My Goddess, such as What color hammer did Skuld 
use when she was chasing the bugs out of the Yggdrasil 
computer system in episode twenty-eight: Urd's 
Mystical Lawnmower?" Images of the game can be seen at 
IGN There is little chance that the game will be 
released domestically in any incarnation, but its an 
interesting novelty to check out.

There are pictures of Peorth, Belldandy, and the house. It must take 
place somewhere other than the temple, unless Keiichi's been 
redecorating. I do wish that they had picked something a little more fun 
to play than a trivia game, thereby making a port more likely. I guess 
I'll just have to learn Japanese and import it.
