Maybe you get em at the wrong places? If you want high quality fansubs try
the subbers or their distributors with master tapes and not some traders
with a nth gemeration copy.
If your copy is from a SVHS or DVHS master subbed from a LD or DVD source,
then it don't have to hide itself from commercial releases. Not at all.
