the reason as to why i believe that the first meeting was unexpected 
is that if Belldandy expected it, she would not have made the promise 
to k1 and thus made a violation of rules... furthermore, when k1 
found her, Belldandy was surprised and made a conclusion that k1 is a 
friend of Nature... this does not strike me as expected :)

therefore, if she did not expect the meeting, she need not be in 
disguise...
