It's from a Mastercard commercial which they probably don't have in NZ. 
These usually go along the lines of "Two baseball tickets: $37. Two hot 
dogs: $10. Autographed home run ball: $50. Spending the day with your 
son: Priceless. Money can't buy happiness, for everything else, there's 
Mastercard."

There has been a TON of other commercials parodying them.
