I've seen it.  it's not just a rip off of AMG, but a rip off, in general,
of almost every magic-girl anime that has ever existed.  And yes, I think
it is immeasurable crap.  I have NO idea who the producers of this bilge
thought they were fooling when they made it.  -_-;;
