I don't think the issue was raised in the subbed version, even. Kami-sama, 
afaik, was simply Belldandy, Urd, and Skuld's superior officer. However, it 
does raise the stakes a bit to have KS as Dad and Hel as Mummie (at least 
for Urodo.)
