I think Art was trying to say that the Yggdrasil system is the first
"built" biological computer system, though I think that there may have
been other types of Yggdrasil systems before the one in AMS, They may
have started out just like we did in computers, starting with an old
clunky mechanical thing to the almost perfect bio system it is today. 

And no I'm not forgeting the dipictions, it may "look" like a non-bio
system on the outside but that doesn't neccessaraly rule out that there
may be Bio-matter strung through those conduits.


Personally I don't think that it's their "first" biological computer
system, there must have been previous models that weren't nearly as
good as the one now.
