Well, I think the broom suits Bell better.  More quaint and "traditional"
.  I know there's a good word to describe exactly what I want to say, but
 it's not coming to me.  Reliable could be another applicable adjective. 
 Compared to Urd's vacuum cleaner, which needs a power source, probably 
has a limited range, and tends to "clean up" other things than what is 
intended.  ^_^  Plus, who knows?  Maybe the broom she's riding is also 
the one from later in the manga (vol 14?).
