Oh no! Someone interjected some serious thought into my sarcastic remark
meant to be nothing but a feeble attempt at twisting something back in an
effort to amuse,...

but it does bring to mine a thought actually.... Couldn't the training that
they underwent be nothing more than the equivalent of school for you and me?
If you consider the options, think about it.  If familial relationships such
as mother and father have no meaning, how could a tie between two (or three
in the case of the goddesses) such as sisterhood even exist?  There would be
no filial frame of reference? If it has no meaning who is responsible for
bringing you into the world (or Yggdrasil), why should it matter who else
they brought into the world?
