It's one of those "not for sale", special limited edition postcards,
where they produce only a limited number, during a limited time.....

heard of the "special offer" from afternoon magazine that took place a
while ago?
 They send you a postcard (as collector gift), or a telephone card, or a
mousepad..... in an envelope.. (not as a post card, but as a GIFT)
