Although I shouldn't take all of the credit.  I actually got the idea from
reading the Master of Orion FAQ (that *OLD* game that precedes Master of Orion
2...).  It had me laughing so I just gave it a shot here.  

Hey, also Brian, can you add my page to the queue?  I got this mail that said

something like that.
