Kenohki: "Koku" is not a spoken word...

Looked back over Chapter 79, "koku" comes up exactly three times. (That's
pretty long winded, for an angel.)

The first time is when Belldandy is advising the angel.  "Koku" is in an
ordinary word balloon with the tip pointed towards Scarlet's lips.

Then Koku is repeated twice outside of a word balloon next to Scarlet's
head as she's making her Faustian bargain with Skuld.

Of course "Doki Doki" is placed in a word balloon pointed at Scarlet and
if she went around saying that she really would be an idiot.  (Ditto for
Skuld)
