Actually, I read about it somewhere. Must have been an English-language
science
magazine, since I am not sure if I understood the whole thing correctly
in terms
of language, English being a foreign language for me. It is highly
probable that
somewhere in the translation, highly improbable became "unmglich"
(impossible)
due to mistranslation, apart from other things I might have
misunderstood.
What you wrote about nucleus decomposition appears to be a
misunderstanding. I meant the cat would not be contaminated by
radioactivity as long as the nucleus does not decompose in the said
experiment, and would be dead and possibly contaminated after this
happens.
