This is a pointless task - as pointless as the stat ratings for characters in the
AniMayhem card game. No matter what you put down you are sure to offend someone
and start a round of arguments over why one character is better than another.

With this in mind, never one to turn down a pointless task - especially at 4:30 in
the morning - Demento jumps into the fray...

> Belldandy: 18
More powerful than any human or human construct when she gets right down to it, but
not as powerful as some supernatural beings, I suspect.

> A-Ko: 15
Physical strength far superior to the human norm, but no special abilities. Unless
it was a fistfight, Bell would clean up.

> Shampoo: 12
Reasonable physical strength, but her main virtue is quickness. amd her unfortunate
tendency to turn into a cat would be a crippling fault if found out by an opponent.

> Skuld: 10
Seperate her from her gizmos and she is a bratty kid with illusions of grandeur and
unlimited resources to make your life miserable (hey, put down that hammer...)

> Urd: 8/14
Since a large part of her power comes from her looks, I rate her differently according
to whether her opponent is a man or a woman. A-Ko would probably clean her clock.

> Kikuko Inoue: 20
How could it be otherwise. With an army of hot-blooded otaku at her beck and call
at any moment, she would never be touched by any attack from any source. The disgusted
opponent would eventually give up and go home :-)

> Lum: 4
Yeah, she can fly...and she can knock your average human on their butts with her divine
retributive power.
But when push comes to shove she's a cutie in a tiger-stripe bikini. Did that blast
of hers ever really hurt anybody, much less kill them?

> Natsumi or Miyuki from "Taiho": 10 and 6 >respectively.
BIG difference between these two. Natsumi not only has tremendous (for a human) physical
strength, but a strength of character and a loyalty that make her a bad person to
cross. On the other hand, Miyuki would probably forgive you for throttling her pet
cat, if you acted sorry enough.

Don't kill the messenger...just flame him till he's a toasty brown.
