Not after doing "Ogenki Clinic", I think.

Actually, I think a Bell/Kasumi lemon, could be a very tender, sensitive
story: they are both so considerate and loving. The difficult part 
would be to get either one to _ask_ the other.  The usual solution
to this sort of issue seems to be a magic potion.

But it would be more _interesting_ if an infatuation were to some
how develop naturally over time.

Maybe an alternate universe fic, where Belldandy calls on the Tendo
house, and Kasumi wishes for someone like her to stay and help with
the cooking. This would remove the problem of Keiichi, and give them
a reason to spend time together.
