I have to say, I draw a large line between being evil and being mean.
I could be mean to you, but am I evil?
Take Mara for a (bad) example.
Her _Job_ is to be evil, but she herself doesn't seem to be.
Aoshima is mean, selfish and self-centred, however he is not evil. 
I don't think any AMG character is truly "evil".
Evil characters are generally filled with hate and anger,
characters like Mara, Aoshima and even old Troube are not.
Any way, thats my two Yen.
