since the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom around that time... a
bit later on for the Touhoku area...

 They allow cameras (film, or video...) etc... and yes... lots of
cosplay ^_^;
 ....Chris is bringing it too (I told him to bring both if he can ^_^;)
 ... I have to get a press pass, though... ;_; (since I will be taking
pictures for work instead... at least I get to go on Friday too ^_^;)
