Sorry - I deleted it.  I hadn't updated it in about a year, and there are so
many better ones - Geir Freistad's, for instance.  Since I took my information
mostly from his FAQ, you shouldn't miss my page.  But if you do, let me know.
I'm glad people looked at it.
