Imagine that you are in your early 20s or early teens.(some won't need to
imagine this) Now, how likely is that you'll maintain your hair in exactly
same fashion for years on end? The series had been running for over a decade
now... (Although in Manga-time, it's been about half of that)
Skuld's hair was changed probably because Fujishima had too many people
with that same hair style. Belldandy has it, Megumi has it, and Peorth
has it, along with countless others in the background. SOMEONE's going to
have to change their hair, or people start confusing them or making
false assumptions about them. (For instance, someone a while ago tried to
convince the ML that Peorth was Skuld's mother)
As for Keiichi, I only note one real change in his hair, and that was
back in vol. 14. All the other "changes" results from his change in drawing
techinique.
