No it has not.

Didn't I say this in the post that you quoted? Just one line after the 
line you quoted, I said:

Right here, exactly the same thing. I followed this with the following : 

# Tht title remains in the Japanese release
  ^^^
Spelling error... ^_-;;;
 
# of the manga volumes still, but it was changed for the US release by 
# Fujishima (He liked the pun on "Oh my god". ^_^)  

In other words, Ah! My Goddess was the first translation. Since then, the 
series grew and it went international, and a need for a "official" English 
title was needed. Fujishima inteded to stick with Ah ... But his friend (or 
someone) told him about the pun on Oh My God. He liked it and changed the Ah!
to Oh!.

Since when was this established? Must have been during the time I was 
away from this ML...

Anyways, this is more proof that the official title is Oh! My Goddess. 
Doesn't mean I like it, or I use that when I'm referring to the series, 
but it's the official version of the title.
