(Ah! It's another one of Shimizu's "revenge" series... when ever you see
the word "revenge, counter attack, strikes, bombardment, etc"... be
prepared to run to the bank and get those money ready, since I've got
news for new products (all official, of course ^_^)
Here it goes:
This month's Dengeki G's Magazine has a special section (2 sections) of
Ah! Megami-sama. One is about the PC-FX game, and is 4 pages (all color.)
The second section are about AMG goods... 7 pages.. (all color again...)
Don't be fooled by the cover of the magazine... (I don't like the art
they use on the Dengeki G's, but the contents are usualy good. This
month, it comes with a Sentimental graffiti booklet (character collection
file 1)... Hitoshi? Joe? getting it? ^_^;;; And a poster (2 sided...
YU-NO (man, they are doing heavy, intensive TV commercial on late night
anime hours... ^_^;), and Suchi-pai Adventure.)
AMG game (PC-FX)
Just visited Akihabara again... (oh, Hitoshi, the talking SG figures
(that good price I was talking about last week) is still around the
store... but they had already sold out of Manami figures... (I'm not
suprised... with that price, I was more suprised why it was still around
^_^;)
At Sofmap, (as usual, they had Aya doing the CM talking... with a
horrible French accent... ;_;) In addtion to the old AMG game AD they
had, they had more TV monitors doing the CM... and this time, they had
some sceens from the game... looks like it might be worth paying my money
after all... The PC-fX is very strong with naimation within the game, and
from the AD, it suggests that there should be more animation than the
original PC-98 version and the WIN 95 version. It's also got that
mini-game I posted about, a month or 2 ago... but be careful about the
animation part... they might be trying to trick the buyers, so might want
to keep on payiong attention to the news about the game...
now.... here comes the scary part for card collectors... they will come
out with AMG's (actually, it's supposed to be out by now, but I haven't
seen one yet ;_;) It's not Animate's cheap lamination card...it's (they
call it) Metal card collection (and it look slike it's metalic gold
color... all 22 types...)... here's the rpice... 680yen EACH (per
card!)... and there are supposed to be 22 types... You can buy one or buy
the whole set... It was planned to be out on the 25th last month... but I
haven't seen it... and most recently, I figured out why; I haven't been
to Animate recently, and it's from Beam (Bandai)... I guess they will do
the usual mail order...
This month, it is scheduled to have the Magami mini-figures released...
they have set A and B, and both have 5 mini-figures per set... they cost
2500yen each......I haven't seen one yet... ;_;
...then, there are about 30 official (or semi-official) figures (mostly
Garage kits) ... all very nice ^_^. It's a good thing I'm not into garage
kits, or else, I'll be dead (broke) by now ^_^;
I thought about scanning all the picture (the trading card, sceens from
the game, gragekit figures, etc..) but I think I'm too lazy for that
now... besides, I think someone in this world already scanned them, I
bet...
...now, if THAT didn't hurt you (your walet), I've got a whole list of
things ^_^;... like the Utena SS game that's planned to come out... It's
going to be an Adventure type game...and they will be using the original
anime seiyuus in the game as well.
...so, anyone skilled enough to catch a SG figure yet? (I've been doing
well staying away from those evil UFOs, these day ^_^)
