Partially correct.  Nekojane (same kanji as Nekomi) exists, but not a 
"shi" (city).  Tarikihonganji does not exist in Nekojane.  Nekojane
is in Urayasu-shi in Chiba-ken.  Hope I make this clear.

birthday do not exist.
