I think you're being a bit too alarmist about this. First off, the
contract with Ghibli states quite clearly that Disney is not allowed to
edit the content of the films, period. This was a major part of the deal
and one the folks at Ghibli were quite serious about. 

As for the dubbing, well, that should be the LEAST of our worries.
Seriously, have you ever heard a badly voice Disney film? For all the
folks complaining that the dubs in America are bad because they can't
afford to hire "real actors" (read: people who cost a ridiculous amount of
money) the fact that company like Disney, which can easily afford name
brand actors, will be doing anime should be a cause for celebration.

Disney is not unaware of the properties they have been allowed to license
and their significance to the fans. Quite a few people who work at Disney,
including some of the animators, read Animecca on a regular basis and are
very aware of the attitudes among anime fans. Hell, a team of folks
from Disney placed third in Animecca's Anime Scavanger Hunt contest we
held a while back. They're not going to do anything to intentionally
screw-up these films.
