Here are the suspects:

Fate:       K1's karma as a friend of nature tends to draw him into
            association with goddesses. (I.e. Peorth)

Kamisama:   "I've got great things planned for you son."

Urd:        "Fuu, Bell's gotten all depressed again.  I'll arrange a call
            from somebody who isn't a burn victim this time."

Bell:       "Yes, I'll do my duty, even if it requires me to stay forever
            with my childhood sweetheart."
