 Any Japanese bookstore, that has connections in Japan... try 
Kinokuniya... (they do mail order and accept credit cards... (only... I 
think Visa and American Express??? or only American express???)

 Well, I'm sure other aniem shops might have them in stock... but it's 
"total reservaiton system"... meaning if you don't reserve, you don't get 
one... (I better reserve mine soon ^_^;)
