I was just looking through my recently arrived copy of volume 14 when I
came across Skuld chan's new machine.  I would guess that this has
something to do with haircutting, but I am not sure exactly what.  To those
out there who can read Japanese, what does Machine tester san (hope I
translated this right) do?
