Although I can't offer you such a website, yet, I've heard of them and I'd
like to learn whatever you find out, since the inspirational soul of
"Leonardo Dojinshi" possesses me at times, and I am compelled to write.

There are probably lists, and URLs, specific to the characters of various
artists (e.g., Osamu Tezuka), series (e.g., Dr. Slump, Osomatsu-kun), and
genres (e.g., CUTE).  Let's see if people know where they are, and how we
can get in touch.  And - Don't forget to send me a piece of your work on
the side, any time.
