Okay, both in the manga and OAV, belldandy calls Keiichi, "Keiichi-san".

Belldandy does somtimes say neh-san to Urd, or just Urd. 

Skuld calls Urd "Urd" but does she ever say "big or older sister" to Urd
(in the manga)?

And what about Skuld, does she (in the manga) say oh-neh sama?
