Both Sakura (Kinomoto/ > Tange) did a great job. Her "Hyayan", "Heeee", etc. are very cute. > Normally I hate Clamp's character design. Sakura is the only exception ! > A Must Watch series. I've only seen the first 19 episodes, and some art books, but I'd strongly concur. CCS is remarkablely cute without being just sugary. Maybe it's because Sakura is potrayed as being basically competent unlike say, Usagi in BSSM. She screws up sometimes but she's not just a lovable klutz. There's also enough equal-opportunity infatuation to please most sexual orientations: it's played for comedy at times, but basically it's just another little plot element, e.g. Sakura and her chief male rival are infatuated with the same bishonin guy ;) It's been picked up in North America for TV, by I think, a Canadian company, who are now hinting that they will do an "unmolested sub" for home video as well as the presumably molested-for-TV-dub. -- Albert Lunde Albert-Lunde@nwu.edu
