However, doesn't hold a candle to the famous "Meldandy" costumer of several years back. "Melissa" (I think that was her name) created a copy of Belldandy's "Dress Blues" tunic and silk fatigue uniform. Including the limiter earrings and the necklace. A piece of cosplay masterwork! Nevertheless, you are quite correct. This costume should have won at least an honorable mention, if not a placement. However, knowing Cosplay as I do, third place probably went to some airheaded Sailor Soldier.
