I've just met him. He's MURATA Kunihiro.

40 minutes ago, Makki and Mayuu visited all festival halls.  Makki-chan took 
pictures of many things with a professionnal video-camera, maybe for show it 
in a future event....  They're wear maid costumes.  Of course, many, many 
fans  (90 % are girls] talked to them and took photos with her.
