Well, there's whatever he's screaming every time you see him nailing voodoo
dolls to trees- I think it's something along the lines of "Curse you,
Saotome!"  but I'm probably wrong.

Although it's not a quote, the most fitting thing for him is the
chorus/refrain of a song I have on tape somewhere called "He's a wimp!",
which goes:

"He's a wimp!  He's a wimp!  He's a stupid jerk!  He's a wimp!  A wimp!"

(it's funnier when you hear it, because it's sung by teenage Valley Girl
types)
